The Dangers of Dairy Milk

Not only do we need to consume nutritious superfoods but we also need to eliminate those things from our diets which cause dis-ease.

The first thing to eliminate would be Dairy Milk. According to the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine consuming dairy products can negatively affect various parts of the body.

One of the reasons for stress is that we are not in control of our days. We don’t plan or manage our time. Learning time management skills will help you to limit the amount of stress in your life.

Today we are going to discuss Exercise!

It is my belief that our bodies were created to move. Exercise is an important part of any complete health and wellness program. We need both cardiovascular and resistance exercises daily. If you are interested in weight loss then it is important to understand that muscle is your bodies fat burning furnace and is the key to prevent weight gain.

A gym membership may be helpful but is certainly not the only way to build muscle and burn fat.

In future post I will share with you about some of the exercise routines that I utilize regularly. Presently I am doing the 100 Pushups a Day Challenge. I will let you know the results at the end of my experiment. What I have noticed so far is that this Challenge has helped to develop the healthy habit of daily exercise. Good habits produce good results!

We are in a Health Crisis in America and much of that can be avoided simply by learning the Holistic Principles of living a Healthy and Balanced Lifestyle.

There are clear associations between our dietary choices and disease.

The implication is that if we make better choices then our health will be improved. Better choices equal better health, fewer incidence of disease and slower aging.

We care more about the fuel we put into our automobiles than the food that we put into our bodies. This absolutely needs to change if we are seeking to take control of our health.

There are no one size fits all dietary plans and diets do not really work anyways but there are some simple guidlines that we should all be following.

Consume more fresh whole plant-based foods.
Get the processed foods out of your life.
Minimize the amount of animal proteins in your diet.
