We are in a Health Crisis in America and much of that can be avoided simply by learning the Holistic Principles of living a Healthy and Balanced Lifestyle.
There are clear associations between our dietary choices and disease.
The implication is that if we make better choices then our health will be improved. Better choices equal better health, fewer incidence of disease and slower aging.

We care more about the fuel we put into our automobiles than the food that we put into our bodies. This absolutely needs to change if we are seeking to take control of our health.
There are no one size fits all dietary plans and diets do not really work anyways but there are some simple guidlines that we should all be following.
Consume more fresh whole plant-based foods.
Get the processed foods out of your life.
Minimize the amount of animal proteins in your diet.
What Should You Be Eating?
More fresh whole foods, fewer refined and processed foods and less animal protein.
